You can also use WECU’s CALL 24 Telephone Service or Mobile Money to receive account updates directly to your mobile device.
To enroll, go to www.awecu.com and click on Virtual Branch.
Logon with your account number and your temporary password* - this is the last four (4) digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
Once Virtual Branch is activated, you can enroll in our Online Bill Pay and sign up for e-statements.
If you prefer checking your account by phone, you can use Call 24. Simply call 1-800-564-2520. Your initial phone call will require your account number and your temporary PIN number is the last four (4) digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
Mobile Money is here! Receive text messages with your balance or account information. If you have a smart phone, just click on your WECU app and login to your account.
*If you have set up Call 24 first and try to use Virtual Branch, you will need to know your new PIN for your password. If you have opened a new account with WECU, your online service will not be available for 48 hours. If you would like to link any additional WECU accounts you have to your primary account, you will need to see a member service representative to do so.
