PROGRESS IS EXCITING!
On April 1, 2012, White Eagle Credit Union will change data processing systems. We are excited because our new DP system will allow us to offer you so much more that will bring even more ease and comfort to your experience with us.
COMING SOON!
Mobile Money - a text-to-mobile way to credit union!
Virtual Branch - online bill pay & member access all in one!
Multiple accounts? With our new DP system, you will be able to view all your accounts on one screen!
PROGRESS CAN BE MESSY
If you currently receive e-statements, be sure to back up your online statements before April 1, 2012.
We will be closed on April 2, 2012 to finalize our DP Conversion. Beginning April 1, 2012, all online accessibility will be unavailable including "Call-24." We will be open for business on Tuesday, April 3, 2012.
On April 3, 2012, "Virtual Branch" will replace "Member Access Login." "Online Bill Pay" will be accessed through "Virtual Branch." Both "Virtual Branch" and "Call-24" will be available in the afternoon on April 3.
After the DP Conversion is complete, it will be necessary to sign up for "Virtual Branch" from your home computer to access your account, online bill pay and e-statements.
More information to come in the following months.
New Data Processing System Scheduled for April 1, 2012
What does this mean to you? While we already strive to offer excellent service to our members, we will now have more access to tools that will increase efficiency and allow us to offer you even more. This also means that on April 1, 2012, your previous online account statements will not be visible as we are switching DP system providers. That means you should begin downloading and backing up any online statements you wish to save via our website, www.awecu.com. We will still have electronic copies of statements prior to April 1, 2012 but it is important that you download the information you wish to electronically maintain.
If at any point during this process you have questions, please contact one of
our member service representatives.
