WECU members can now use the following network affiliated Credit Union ATM services without paying a surcharge. Through this agreement, there is no longer a surcharge for the use at these ATM machines; however, the $1.00 foreign ATM transaction fee still applies.

This is an enhance security feature to protect your account against possible fraud that is automatically in place. By calling this number it allows your card to be used outside your home area without disabling the card. Call 1-800-889-5280, option 1.

If you are traveling out of your home area, you may call our card provider to let them know the dates of travel, which will allow your VISA Debit/Credit/ATM card to process without interruptions.
VISA Foreign Exchange/Currency Conversion
If you use your card for transactions in a currency other than U.S. dollars, the transaction will be converted to U.S. dollars, using either (i) a government-mandated rate or (ii) a wholesale market rate in effect the day before the transaction processing date, increased by one percent (1%). If the credit has a different processing date, the exchange rate of the credit can be greater or less than that of the original transaction. The currency rate on the day before the transaction processing date may differ from the rate in effect at the time of the transaction or on the date the transaction is posted to your account. You agree to accept the converted amount in U.S. dollars. This applies to all cards.
